Next Steps After Your Website Accessibility Scan

If you’re reading this article because you’ve signed up for TPGi’s free website accessibility scan, congratulations! You’ve just taken the first step towards improved accessibility and user experience. (If you haven’t gotten your scan, you can sign up for a free website accessibility scan today.)

As soon as your results are complete, one of our experts will arrange for a time to review your custom report with you. They’ll be able to explain each part in detail so you can get the full benefit of all the information contained within it.

What is included in my report?

Your report will include your WCAG density score, an assessment of this score in terms of your digital accessibility risk, and prioritized WCAG failures that you can use as a starting point for your accessibility strategy. All the information in the report is acquired using our robust accessibility testing and monitoring solution, ARC Monitoring. Our experts will answer any questions you may have about your report during your scheduled call, and can even demo ARC Monitoring to show you how your organization can benefit.

What happens after the call?

After your call, it’s time for you to put the report to good use and start resolving the accessibility failures that ARC Monitoring identified! If you run into a WCAG failure that you’re unsure how to fix, our HelpDesk has a variety of plans that can support your remediation efforts. Or you could subscribe to KnowledgeBase, our comprehensive accessibility techniques library. It explains how to resolve some of the most common WCAG failures that ARC Monitoring identifies on your site. A full KnowledgeBase subscription will supplement the contextual KnowledgeBase access you’ll receive with your ARC Monitoring subscription.

TPGi is here to support your accessibility efforts in every way that we can. If you’re interested in learning more about ARC Monitoring or KnowledgeBase, contact us today.
