The Three Step Accessibility Program

While the scale and components of any accessibility program vary with the size and nature of the organization, three basic steps always apply:

• Discover
• Solve
• Manage

You first need to understand your accessibility priorities and weaknesses before attempting to address them. Once you have mapped the scope of your program, you need build knowledge and embed skills to remediate and finally reach a point where you can maintain and oversee a mature process.
