Accessibility testing is often focused on compliance with standards rather than ensuring a smooth experience for end users. This webinar examines how to develop and harness user journeys to connect directly with users and to better understand the challenges they face. The session will look at types of user journeys, and how to convert them into test plans for evaluating websites and applications. It includes a live demonstration using JAWS Inspect and the ARC Toolkit, together with automated testing in the ARC platform.
