The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are a curious blend of strictness and looseness. Some guidelines are precise, with clear objective requirements, while others are more far more subjective and open to interpretation. Why is that?

This webinar begins with a simple question — “Which WCAG conformance level should we aim for?” But to answer that effectively, we’ll have to ask some deeper questions, such as — “Who do we favor when there’s more than one interpretation?”

Our clients are the ones who hire us, to help them make their content more accessible. But is it actually our job to help clients?
