Senior Account Executive

Full-Time  //  Remote

Primary Function

TPGi Senior Account Executives (SAEs) are responsible for identifying, selling and expanding opportunities featuring TPGi’s core solution set, including the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) SaaS platform/modules, practice-driven professional service offerings, and self-service kiosk software and services.

Scope of Work

  • Prospect potential clients through personal relationships, cold calls and emails, in assigned verticals.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to the executive and C-level suite.
  • Contract for and close deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Required Knowledge/Skill/Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills; Customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated, engaging and persistent.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and present strategic solutions.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Manage complex engagements.
  • Manage and organize a large pipeline of business.
  • Work with team to support common goals.
  • Demonstrated achievement reaching quota annually.
  • History of achievement making President’s Circle, Sales Club, or similar performance on a consistent basis.
  • This position is remote; less than 25% travel required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-10 years’ experience either selling in a professional services environment or selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Experience and senior-level relationships in one or more verticals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Reference for familiarity with the field of accessibility.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales development.
  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce preferred.

Base salary $110K – $150K based on experience and location. Commissions for year one may average $60K-$300K
