Embedded Client Project Subject Matter Expert (PT)

Part-Time  //  Remote in US

Primary Function

This is a part time opportunity up to 15 hours/weekly. The Embedded Client Project SME will Interface with stakeholders throughout and help TPGi deliver excellent products and service in response to, product training and support requests by our government client.

Scope of Work

  • Meet regularly with the team lead to review recent requests from the client, strategize resolution of impediments faced by the team, and contribute to communication with the client to result in a highly cohesive, effective relationship with all stakeholders serving the client.
  • Collaborate with teammates and departments within our client, TPGi, and across Vispero to assure the highest quality client service provided by TPGi.
  • Empower creation and facilitation of webinars, virtual training workshops, and individual training sessions related to accessibility.
  • Assist Vispero with dissemination of its software products and training materials according to client needs, requests, and processes.
  • Identify and support resolution of impediments to Vispero’s development of tools and training, empowering our client’s users to succeed at their jobs.
  • Support Vispero staff with defining and analyzing key performance indicators to determine content effectiveness.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will coach stakeholders across Vispero to optimize products and service provided to the client but will not have any management responsibilities.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
  • Ability to research and understand technical documentation and apply various technical resources.
  • Solid experience with recent versions of Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field in training development preferred.
  • 20+ years serving government client(s) including at least 10 serving the client served by this role.
  • Must be a US citizen. • Ability to acquire public trust clearance.
  • Ability to assess survey data and key performance indicators to optimize products and service to best serve the client.
  • Ability to manage assessment and coach delivery of multiple training projects and/or programs simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation and troubleshooting skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and customer centric.

The typical salary range for this position is $65-hour USD based on experience and geographic location. This position is located at United States Veterans Affairs Remote.
