We’re thrilled to announce an upcoming upgrade to the platform, it’s. It’s been redesigned to deliver a more powerful and intuitive experience with faster performance, filterable dashboards and an improved UI, helping you build even better user experiences.
The migration involves a technical transfer of all your existing data and configurations to the new platform over the next few months. In parallel, we’ll offer onboarding sessions designed to highlight the new features and functionalities, ensuring you can quickly leverage the improvements. No action is needed from you for the data migration, – we’ve got it covered. We encourage you to join the onboarding sessions. Stay tuned to your inbox for email updates with specific details and schedules over the next few months.

We are migrating our users to a new and improved platform to enhance your experience and provide you with even better performance, functionality and features.
All customers with active subscriptions will be seamlessly migrated to the new platform over the next few months.
Migration Details
Account configurations and data.
At this time, there are no specific actions required from your end to prepare for the migration. We will keep you informed by email if any steps become necessary.
Once your migration is completed, you will receive an email from the TPGi team and an invitation to join the new platform from, “no-reply@arc.tpgi.com.” Please ensure that this email address is added to the safe sender list in your email system to avoid missing the invitation.
This option will be available on a case-by-case basis.
Security and Login Questions
The new platform maintains our high security standards. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you will be able to log in with your existing federated identity email address. You will not need to take any additional steps beyond using your regular login credentials if you are on SSO.
Your existing credentials will not work in the new platform. You will be invited to establish new credentials once your account has been migrated over, based on your assigned pod date.
Yes, the IP addresses for the new platform are different. If your organization requires safe listing IP addresses for access, please contact our ARC Support team at arcsupport@tpgi.com.

- ARC Help Center available at https://support.tpgi.com. You can sign in using your ARC credentials.
- In ARC, “Ask a Question”: This feature allows you to connect directly with a support person within the new platform.

Additional Questions
We are working to minimize any potential downtime during the migration process. We will communicate any planned maintenance windows in advance.
While the new platform offers many enhancements, some features or interfaces may have been updated. Our onboarding resources, including the Getting Started Guide and Tutor course, will highlight any significant changes. Also, review the Glossary to familiarize yourself with new terms and the list of planned features.
